Brandon, no solution will be found unless you report a problem to
Support. This is not the avenue to report problems. Since no one
else responded here, I suggest you call Support and let them know
in case there is a problem they should be working on.

Just a quick reply to myself. A workaround for now seems to be to use the
tecad_nv6k_non_tme.exe even tough tec and nv are on the same machine. I
put a PMR into tivoli (31078 for those interested) so hopefully the
problem/feature is found soon enough so others don't go through this.
