Problems discovering a 2210 with NetView

Hi all,
 I have NetView Version 5.1 for Windows NT 4.0 , and the program cannot discover
a 2210. I have
 concerns about the software version of the 2210, because the NetView has
discovered other 2210.
 When I try a 'snmpwalk' in the router, I obtain:

 Portable M68360 C Gateway [not configured] S/N 300 V1 R3.0 [p32]

 Has anyone any idea of how to solve this problem, or the reason of this?
