Well, I also know that netmon -a 3 is a combination of 11,12, and 13; you can
get
greater detail (who wants it!) with 21,22,and 23; netmon -a 4 is a combination
of 15,
16, and 17, with greater detail available with 25,26, and 27. I sometimes use
just
12 or just 16 to get that center section of the report.
I have a scribbled note that 5 is something but I can't make out what it is. I
could be wrong.

Hi Leslie,
your response is really very precious piece of information.
Do you know more values for the "-a" flag for netmon and their corresponding
meaning?
I know that "netmon -a 3" tells us the number & list of outstanding status
polls, and "netmon -a 4" does the same for config polls.
>From the NetView-Manual we know that "netmon -a 50" creates the collections
for the MLMs that netmon is using.
