Help with T/EC database setup

Hi,

we want to setup a T/EC (Enterprise Console) and use a Sybase database
server.... the problem is that nowhere in the documentation is it clearly stated
how to setup the database (database name, size, login name, etc.)

FrameWork is already installed with it's patches and I already found the patches
for T/EC 3.6.1..... but when I try to install T/EC Server it demand the info on
the database ??????
