I ran into a similar problem with the HA MIB on NV 5.1 for UNIX. I
upgraded to 5.1.1 and still had problems.
Finally, I reset the MIB database, and loaded the HA MIB on the default
MIB DB, and everything went fine.
I'd back up my MIB DB and give this a try.
