I would think that you would be able to suppress traps info going to
the trapd.log... just by removing the log-entry  from  the
log-write  (i.e. Event Description written out).  I don't know
if this also applies to the access-log, but then again that's what
filtering is for.

I'm tring to stop some traps to be logged (and displaied) on a Netview NT
installation.
Practically i don't want some traps written in trapd.log nor ODBC Database
of
Netview NT.
I saw that this option isn't present,like it's in NV/6000, in events
configuration.
I've some experience with NV/6000, but i'm quite new to Netview NT: Have you
any
suggestion on how to succed in this?
