Bay Routers MIB-II data causing unique constraint (NETVIEW .VARIDINDEX)

Anyone had any problems getting basic MIB-II data (just in and out Octets) into
Oracle, everything has been working for gaes with other devices, but not with
Bay Routers, this data just fails.

Netview appears to be trying to add data to the varinfo table which already
exists.
