Can't get IBM 8274 route switch Address table

Dear all,
When I use "Demand Poll" to get the information of the 8274, I can't get
the address table.
There are many IP vlans on the 8274, but I can't see the interfaces.
I got the following message when I "Demand poll" the 8274,

"Agent in distress: spinning in ifTable on XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:
 Aborting request"

the 8274 model is W53, code level is 3.4.2.
