Tivoli network connectivity manager

Hello,
Im just starting to correlate events to TEC and soon will be forwarding
trouble tickets to ARS.
I dont want our operations people to be innundated with bogus events as they
may start ignoring them.
Has anyone used the network connectivity manager and does it do a good job?
I would appreciate any feedback.
