Re: Forwarding traps to TEC
Nothing has changed here in V6.0. Check /etc/Tivoli/tec/cache. If it is
growing, then you are having connectivity problems between NetView and your TEC
server. Try using the full domain name in tecint.conf and reload.

Have you run "/usr/OV/bin/nvtecia -reload" so that the forwarding ruleset
is read by the event adapter?
Unless something has changed in NV6 you don't need interconnection between

Subject: Forwarding traps to TEC
I have a NetView v6.0 Server on unixsvr (in its own TMR) and I am trying
to forward traps to ntsvr (in its own TMR). My tecint.conf seems OK:-
however wtdumprl reveals nothing received.
(I have compiled and loaded nvserverd.rls and nvserverd.baroc on ntsvr).
The only thing which I can think of is that there is no interconnection
between the TMRs. Any ideas?
