Hi Wouter,
I can't remember all of your first mail on this subject (and it's not included
in the answers, unfortunately). But I think the problem was that you have mib's
defined in your snmp-collection that you can't alter any more.
Is it possible that you once defined the snmp collections and changed the mib
database later (by installing new 3rd party software ore something like this)
and the mib definition is no longer available?

Wouter -
I asked you if the results were the same under root to determine if you had some
permissions problem or if NetView security were an issue. I was just fishing,
and like Leslie, I must say I don't understand your problem, nor can I say I
have ever seen it. If you cannot get an answer here from someone else, then you
will have to call Support and open a problem so that a specialist can help you.
I cannot.

Subject: Re: MIB data collection question
Hi, James
No, I am not root when I do this, but why does it allow me to collect some MIB
values, and others not?
I have tried with root, and get exactly the same result.
