Hello, Randy!

Thanks for the information. But, can I get the old-fashioned paper
version? I don't know about the rest of the NV-gurus, but I personally
would like to have the book; you know, bed time reading and all. :-) And, I
really do not want to print hundreds of pages from the PDF files.

Also, have there been any RedBooks published on NV6.0?

Mahesh

Hello Mahesh,

A new feature for NV 6.0 is the availability of books in HTML and PDF,
rather
than dynatext.
After installation, you will find these under /usr/OV/books/C. All of the
books
you mention
below exist in softcopy after the installation.

I just received my NV6.0 CD's and documentation today. I was surprised to
find that included with the pack was only the Installation and
Configuration
guide for NV and lots of Framework books. Can someone tell me if I should
have more than just the Installation and Config guide for NV? In the
previous releases, there was the Database Guide, the Diagnosis Guide, the
Administrator's Guide, etc. Where are these? Do I need to put in a
specific request to swdist@tivoli.com for these?

Thanks.

Mahesh
