I recently upgraded from AIX 4.2.1 to 4.3.2.  All web browsers now get an 
Access Denied 403 error message when they try to access NetView/AIX 5.1.2. 
Both Netscape and IE have the same problem.

It appears that AIX 4.3.2 changed something in the http or sockets.  \

Has anyone seen and resolved this problem?
