Yes I did restart webserver. At some time I even
re-booted the AIX server. But no luck.
Is there any log or trace available, which might be
used to understand what exactly it is that Webserver
doesn't like when I login?

Did you stop and restart the webserver after editing
the Realms.prp file? You need to stop and restart,
so that the webserver can reload the configuration
files.
# ovstop webserver
# ovstart webserver
