Did you install the Tivoli Netview Framework Patch? Not to be confused
with the Tivoli Framework Version 3.6.1 Patch 36.1-TMF-0045. Since you
appear to have passed the prereq check, perhaps the patch is on the
Netview box but your TMR server is a separate box and you did not
put the patch on that, too?

While installing NetView 6.0 on an AIX 4.3.3 RS/6000 SP (Winter Hawk) node
we received the following error in NVS_60_DB_after.error.
