You should have duplicate IP address in your network or a problem with arp table
on a router.
First you have to ensure that your object is not in your database anymore. To do
so use ovtopodump -rl <ip address> to make sure the device is not in the
topology database. If the device still here verify using the object ID if it is
also present in the object database using ovobjprint -o <object ID>. If so
create a collection to see this device and delete it from the user end
interface. Then run ovtopofix -a to fix the database. Now the device is deleted
for sure.
You can now try to discover once again the device. If the problem rmain you
should call support.
PS: you can try to use loadhosts command to add your device manually in the
database. Have a look to the manual.
