I have tryed it and it works fine (NV server 6.0 B on NT sp5). I just did
what it said in the release notes.
I have tested the stand alone client on a NT server SP5 and a NT terminal
server. On the terminal server you can run several instances of the same
map on different client machines. This is impressing, since most Java stuff
from Tivoli does not work on a NT terminal server.

But I can not get the browser plug in to work. When I open a map it just
shows a blank map (the same map that works with the stand alone
application). I run IE 5.01 and IE 4.01 on a NT workstation SP5.
