There was an insert -- a separate sheet of paper - shipped with all 6.0 orders -
entitled "Important notice for Tivoli NetView for UNIX V6.0 users of TDS or
nvColToSQL" which describes this problem and directs you to install the patch at
ftp:/ftp.tivoli.com/support/patches/LA/6.0-NVD-IY07219 . Manufacturing insists
that they are certain all orders they filled contained this insert.

Subject: [NV-L] Millenium Bug in colData

Hallo all,

My NetView-System is NetView 6.0, SPARC Solaris 7, Oracle 7.3.4, Oracle-RIM.

I copy my snmpCollect-Data with the Program nvColToSQL to the Oracle-DB.

I make the following query:
select collectTime from ColData where collectTime Between ... and ...

In the field collectTime (table collData) I see 1900 (instead from 2000) !!!

Can I fix this bug with any patch ?
