Netview PDF documentation

Hi All,

on a completely unrelated matter.... 

forgive me if this has been asked before but are there softcopies of Netview
documentation (PDF, or Bookmanager) that is available? I understand that the
documentation is currently in Dynatext? 

we are putting up an online library of manuals within our system and I would
like to include Netview but currently the library supports either PDF,
BookManager or HTML formats.
