Jim -
There is no such documentation source available. The ruleset capability
was ported from UNIX and writing your own for NT is a difficult task and
not recommended. It can be nearly impossible without the NetView for UNIX
product to build a close sample first. Since the primary use of rulesets
on NT is as filters for the Event Browser, they are of little utility at
this time. Perhaps the best thing to do might be for you to tell us here
what you want to do and let others suggest ways that can be best
accomplished.

Subject: [NV-L] nvcoord ruleset and template documentation
I'm looking for documentation regarding the development of rulesets for
nvcoord. I'm using NetView for NT (V6.0.1) and so don't have ready access
to the GUI ruleset editor nor have I found much detail in the accompanying
NetView documentation. Can anyone recommend a good source of documentation
or book which might get me started.
Thanks,
