Sigh. That's because you are not expected to really do this on the NT
version. If you want to get fancy, it is expected that you will also have a
Unix version installed, and will create the rulesets there and port them
over. Even at that, there are quite a few restrictions. These are pointed
out in the 6.0.1 release notes. Perhaps you have a friend with a Netview
on Unix with similar requirements, who will share the files with you? Some
basic variations can be done by editing them, but it is not recommended.

I'm looking for documentation regarding the development of rulesets for
nvcoord. I'm using NetView for NT (V6.0.1) and so don't have ready access
to the GUI ruleset editor nor have I found much detail in the accompanying
NetView documentation. Can anyone recommend a good source of documentation
or book which might get me started.
