Wake on LAN

Hi all.
I have Netview  5.1.3.  AIX V 4.3.3.   I am trying to use the wakeup
utility from the Netview GUI, but is not possible to wake the device.
When I use the  nvwakeup -b  " subnet address"   -a " MAC address "
command ,  the device immediately wakes.
Does anybody know how to use this command from the gui ?
May I use this command to  " wake "  all the devices of a subnet ?
