Well, you might try going about it backwards. Graph something that is
collected by
snmpCollect. Anything. While you have the graph open, do the File.. Save
function. That saves an ascii file. In that ascii file are the instructions
for
reconstituting the graph from the data in the file. That should give you a
model.

Subject: [NV-L] xnmgraph
Hello Everyone....
Now I have a question regarding xnmgraph. I create a report at the end of
each day showing the number of events logged to the RS/6000 syslog. The
output of the report can easily be graphed with Excel with the X-Axis for
the time stamps and the Y-Axis for the Events/second. It is simply two
columns with the time stamp in the 1st column and the number of events
received/second in the 2nd column. Here's an example:
05:30:12 92
06:45:31 32
06:45:33 36
06:54:50 40
07:39:42 32
09:15:22 32
I was reading about xnmgraph and thought it would be very handy to include
this graph in the NetView Map menu. I couldn't find examples on the Tivoli
Knowledge Base site. Can I use xnmgraph to accomplish this?
Thanks very much.
