problem in data retrival

Hi,

Setup :Netview 5.1 in NT. Sql server 6.0.

Configured for snmp data collection in both "internal files and sql
database". in snmpcollect daemon. Using createdb.sql script, netviewdb
databases have created in sql server. 

when i tried to view data from sql database, i am not getting any data.
for an example, used query "select * from SnmpcollectData" table it is
empty.And so my query is

1. How to retieve the data from sql database?
2. When i said internal files and sql databases in snmp coleect daemon only
few MIB labels are collecting data? why is it so?
