addtrap on NT has a different syntax than it does on UNIX, because
trapd.conf has a different format as well.
But if you just type "addtrap" in a DOS window on NT you should get the
syntax information.
And if you type in an addtrap command on NT which is improperly formatted,
it should give you an error message and the usuage information, though you
may have to scroll the output.

I have lost the thread of your problem.  How is addtrap failing for you?
