Debug Assertion Failed

I recently installed Netview NT V6.0.1 on an NT 2000 system.
When exiting SNMP utilities I get the following error:-

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Assertion Failed!

Any ideas on what may be wrong?
