| Hi. I was wondering if it was possible to setup Netview 6.0.1 (NT) to retrieve the sysname (.iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.system.sysName) on a Cisco device rather than it simply look for a host or dns entry when it discovers the device on the network. I can setup a perl script to do this but I thought I'd check to see if Netview does it. thanx. T. Clarke The Island, ECN. |
