The SMARTS product is called INCHARGE. It is a ROOT-CAUSE application and
does not produce reports. The integration with NetView is accomplished by an
adapter. The products integrate well, but it is not recommended that you run
them on the same machine. If you are looking for Root-Cause, INCHARGE is
your product (www.smarts.com), but if you are looking for historical
performance data and fault information, check out Entuity's product Eye of
The Storm (EoTS). The EoTS (www.entuity.com) has a reporting center. Good
