You are mistaken about the source here, Bob.  We ship no such file.
nvdbformat does require an input file, and you can learn about how to
construct one using the man page for nvdbformat, but we ship no samples.
If you had one before, you got it from someone else.  Even then, it will
just produce a text report.  You will have to massage that with some other
tool to turn it into html.

I was aware some time back of a way to create a HTML report using
nvdbformat. There is a file needed to do so but was not included with my
install of V6.0.1. The file is nodes.html.conf. Could anyone help me with
where I can get this file?
