The OS/2 SNMP daemon is available for download from
www.tivoli.com/support/sva/shaos2.html.  It's part of the SystemView
agent, according to an "old" OS/2 guru, and the SNMP daemon, which has
apparently gone out of support, was repackaged at part of the SystemView
agent and is free to download.
