Netview 6.01 "nvinstall.exe -nu not working"

I need to install from Netview 6.01 media on a Windows/NT 4.0 SP6 server
which is a Backup Domain Controller.

I have created the Netview account.

When executed the install program as

nvinstall.exe -nu

It fails stating that can't create the Netview Account.

Please Help.
