>From an event I included three "down" and the three "up" events. Notice that
the "up" events come in "CLOSED". T/EC needs them to be open. When a closed
event is sent to the TEC Server why does it not appear in the Event
Repository, the rules trace, or on the Event Console in versions 2.6 and
3.x? Is there any solution for NetView to address this issue? THANKS!
