Dan,
     This looks like an Altiga trap that we use and it only comes in V2.  We
went out and got a commercial version of SNICng mib/trap compiler and built
version 1 mibs and traps for these devices.  The manufacturerer, and now
Cisco since they bought them out, does not provide V1 files.
     If you have the time, you can do the same thing by hand, it's just
tedious.
