Hi Tivoleers,
     I got the latest ISDN MIB from Cisco that includes the definitions for
Specific 3 and 4 traps.  This is only in MIB2 format, but all of the pieces
that make up the NOTIFICATION(trap) definitions are already in use in the
V2-V1 version currently available so should not be a problem in using it.
