Objects with REMOVED in selection name

Using NetView 6.0.2 on AIX 4.3

I have several nodes that when you display the object information, it 
appears with REMOVED before the selection name. An example is 
"REMOVED:nodename.network.com". I have run ovtopofix -A and I still come up 
with the same nodes. Any ideas?
