The code for location.conf was introduced in 6.0 and is documented in the
Release Notes for that release. However, it had some serious flaws which
were not remedied until the 6.0.2 mintenance release. Now the doc provided
with 6.0 correctly describes how location.conf works. New doc was not
provided in 6.0.2 as it was not needed.

First of all I got a little question about the location.conf in 6.0 a while
ago we had 6.0, now its on 6.0.2, but I was told that the location.conf
functionality wasnt working in 6.0. Did I have the wrong informations? Its
not realy important anymore but its interessting to know

First of all remember that you have to
be on NetView Version 6.0 or higher.
Then, check the NetView Administrator's Guide
and the NetView 6.0 Release Notes.
