Filter events by interface

I have a customer want to send events from regional NV NT to HQ TEC,
and HQ only need to know the status of some important interfaces of the
regional routers.
So they want to know if they can filter event by interface.

I checked the NV events, the interface information is in event message.
Anybody has this kind of experience?
