you can do that this way :
let Netview discover all Cisco equipments by means of the netmon seed file.
You could for instance put the following line in it :
@oid 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.*
make sure you have all the correct SNMP communities and that netmon is
allowed to poll them (access-lists)
then write a smart or two with you Cisco boxes.
For the routers this smartset could be "SNMP sysObjectID ~1.3.4.6.1.4.9.*
and isIPRouter=True"
for the switches : "SNMP sysObjectID ~1.3.4.6.1.4.9.* and isIPRouter=False"
this is one way to do what you want. Perhaps others have other ideas.
