I've had this problem too and I found the solution in this
mailing list, here it is:
If you are using the snmpV1 loader to load snmpV2 mibs you will
get this message. Try using the snmpV2 loader in NetView and it should
work.
In NetView use the following command from the menu:
Tools, MIB, SNMPV2, Load and then select the mib file.
I'm sure it will work. The MIB CISCO-ISDN-MIB.my is surely
a v2 MIB which you can only load using the v2 MIB loader
which you can access using the NetView menu command
above.
Just for your information: the NV command for loading v2 MIBs
is 'xnmloadmib2' where the '2' identifies the v2 MIB loader.

Hello,
I have NetView 6.0.1 on AIX 4.3.3
I had following MIB file which I am trying to load, while loading it gives
error.

Error Message while loading is as:
Error detected while loading MIB file: /usr/OV/snmp_mibs/CISCO-ISDN-MIB.my
This MIB cannot be loaded until the following problem is corrected:
Line 70: Error defining object: found 'MODULE-IDENTITY'
Expected one of the following:
OBJECT IDENTIFIER
OBJECT-TYPE
TRAP-TYPE
::=
Can anybody suggest how can I load this type of MIB's
