I have NetView 6.0.1 on AIX 4.3.3

I need to check backup ISDN link status, for the ISDN link provided by
Service provider timely when my primary Leased Link is up and running.
How can I check "Layer 1 Status" ACTIVE or DEACTIVATED of the BRI
Interfaces, Is there any MIB available to check this.
