Santosh,
yes you can check the status of an interface (either ISDN or anything else)
with a MIB variable :
see in the standard mib-2 part of the tree
(mgmt.mib-2.interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry)
there you can see two variables :
ifAdminStatus
ifOperStatus
the first one (ifAdminStatus) is the desired status of the interface, that
is what is defined in config for that interface,
the second one (ifOperStatus) is the current status of it.
