Hi,

On Solaris 2.7, I've just installed FWK3.7,
NV 6.0
NV 6.0.1
NV 6.0.2,
and CiscoWorks2000.

the problem is that NV doesn't start. I found
the following error report in nv6000.log:
"Fatal Topology Error: Unable to connect to ovtopmd
Reason: Could not send and/or receive: sys 146: Connection refused"

and ovstatus reports:
object manager name: ovtopmd
behavior: OVs_WELL_BEHAVED
state: NOT_RUNNING
PID: 860
last message: Could not get port for ovtopmd, likely one already
running
exit status: exit(1)

object manager name: netmon
behavior: OVs_WELL_BEHAVED
state: NOT_RUNNING
PID: (never run)
last message:
exit status: -

some other daemons are not running either.

I didn't find any hints in the NV Diagnosis Guide, Admin Guide...

Could anyone help me with this?
Thanks!
