That is a verry good question and i would appreciate answers being posted
on the list anyway!
I think this is important for all of us and definitly a NetView issue.
Although, if you have Tivoli Enterprise Console, i would prefer using
NetView's TEC Adapter and send TroubleTickets from there to Peregrine as we
did (do) to Tivoli Service Desk.
TEC's correlation mechanism or RuleBase is slightly more sofisticated than
NetView's RuleBase, but that is a personal opinion...

Hello to the List,
I'm wondering if anyone here is using Peregrine's "SCAuto for NetView for
AIX" to automatically generate ServiceCenter tickets from NetView events?
I
anticipate being asked to implement this in the forseeable future and would
appreciate hearing from current users/implementors on how the product
performs in real life.
Responses may be sent to me directly, as this isn't strictly a NetView
issue.
