Peregrine SCAuto for NetView?

Hello to the List,

I'm wondering if anyone here is using Peregrine's "SCAuto for NetView for
AIX" to automatically generate ServiceCenter tickets from NetView events?  I
anticipate being asked to implement this in the forseeable future and would
appreciate hearing from current users/implementors on how the product
performs in real life.

Responses may be sent to me directly, as this isn't strictly a NetView
issue.
