Maybe...maybe not. To the best of my knowledge, it's not supported
sadly since Tivoli hasn't yet documented the ruleset file format for
use in this way.
The graphical editor is a pain for sure, and it would be nice to be
able to edit rulesets this way. It would also make scripting and
administering the upkeep of multiple netview servers so much easier.
