Hello, I have an environment of RS/6000 with AIX 4.3.3 ML06 and NetView 6.01. To restrict the discovery in our huge network, we allow discovery exclusively via discover.seed, which works fine except for 3 devices. These 3 devices which are in the discover.seed file, pingable, and accessible via SNMP, however they are not discovered (for weeks now). On of these devices existed in NetView berfore, was deleted and is still in the database as "REMOVED:device-name", but this might be normal, since we have plenty of those. Any ideas? Best regards, |
