It says right in the header of that file,
        DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE DIRECTLY
and later that you must use SNMP Configuration commands to modify entries
in it.

The reason is that ovsnmp.conf is an output-only file built from the
ovsnmp database. It is not an input file.
You will have to follow Frank's suggestion or use the GUI.

Thank's

But I forgot some informations. I've modified the file ovsnmp.conf. Now, I
would
the the information that leave in the file be load in the configuration.
What
I've delete in the ovsnmp.conf sould not be in the graphics interface.

Thank's

$NV_BIN/xnmsnmpconf -upd 127.0.0.1:N0c_R0::5:3:5m::N0c_Rw

This sample works for the loopback. Change the IP address and community
strings and you should be good to go.
