Did you set your Exceed command line to have a fixed ipaddr of the PC trying to 
initiate a GUI session?  If so, when the VLAN was reconfigured, does it now use 
DHCP for the PC?  If so, change the fixed ipaddr on the command for Exceed to 
run to say "%P%S".  This means to pickup the PC's ipaddr and export it.
