How to remove NoAccess map?

Hi,

Is there any way to delete a map with NoAccess rights?

When I do File/Delete Map... I see a map with NoAccess rights (I'm logged 
as a root). Then I try to delete it but I cannot do this receiving a
messaage saying "No such file or directory". So why can I see it on a
list?

Can I remove this map manually in other way?

I have NV 4.1 AIX 4.1.5
