I finally located the cause of the traps with OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.9.7.1.
ARCserve was running on the Compaq servers with the HP tape drives.
When an error occurred during the backup or after the backup the specific
traps, 83, 228 or 4097, occurred. They varied based on the model of drive.
So here's how I defined the traps.
83 $A Compaq AIT 50 - tape manually ejected
228 $A Compaq Autochanger - Autoloader cannot operate without magazine.
Was server rebooted?
4097 $A Compaq DDS4 - Tape manually ejected
